Date At Midnight formed in Rome in 2007, featuring a dark and impacting goth/postpunk sound, widely appraised during the band’s live appearances made all across Europe, mixed with some additional wave melancholia. After a first self-titled EP they released the acclaimed albums „No Love“ (2011) and “Songs to fall and Forget” (2016), and the EP „Reverse Resilience“ (2018).
NICO AMARA ist ein Darkwave- / Post-Industrial-Soloprojekt, das minimale elektronische Strukturen, kontrollierte Noise-Elemente und fragmentierte, geflüsterte mehrsprachige Vocals verbindet.
Bewusst distanziert und kompromisslos entsteht eine karge, spannungsgeladene Klangarchitektur, die existenzielle und ökologische Fragestellungen in einem von Abwesenheit und Spannung geprägten Raum reflektiert.
2025 erschien ihr Debütalbum CONSTRAINTS, gefolgt im selben Jahr von der EP CONSTRUCTIONS
