ABGESAGT: Das Konzert von In This Moment im X-TRA am 19. Mai 2016, sowie die kommende Tour der Band muss abgesagt werden.
Hier der offizielle Text zu Absage des Konzertes in Zürich:
Die US-Rocker von In This Moment sagen ihre komplette kommende Tour ab, somit findet auch das geplante Konzert im X-TRA Zürich am 19. Mai 2016 nicht statt.
Grund für die Absage ist der gesundheitliche Zustand von Gitarrist und Gründungsmitglied Chris Howarth, der eine Tour zurzeit verunmöglicht.
Es wird keine Ersatztermine für die Konzerte geben. Somit verlieren gekaufte Tickets ihre Gültigkeit und können an den Vorverkaufsstellen rückerstattet werden.

„The people closest to me already know, but sadly now it’s time for the world to know. I have been suffering from severe neck and back problems for the last 6 years and my issues have come to a head in the last few weeks. As of last Friday I am unable to move my head more than an inch or two in any direction. I now have the burden of making some pretty weighty decisions.
I am aggressively seeking treatment so that I can find a way to continue performing live. I need to be home in Los Angeles to get fixed up. I am devastated that our European and UK shows are affected by this but in order to keep moving forward with the band, I need to stay home and work on getting better.
I can’t tell you how appreciative I am that we have such amazing fans and support from all over the world. I feel like I am letting you down and it breaks my heart. I truly hope to see you all again someday.“

„It is so heartbreaking to me that we are having to cancel this tour. Last time we were in Europe and the UK I felt such fire and magic at the shows, I have just been dying to get back. It’s a raw, rare energy that left a serious impact on us.
Chris has had neck problems in the past but nothing of this caliber. If he kept pushing as of now he could have done irreversible damage that could stop him from playing for good.
I know it’s probably easy for you all to think „why don’t you just go without him“ but the truth is he is my partner, brother and one of my closest friends. Through all these years Chris has stood strong by my side through everything, he’s never left me behind. I can’t bring myself to do the tour without him….it wouldn’t be In This Moment. I don’t think our fans would be getting a true ITM show without him.
