  modern metal\, their new record showing a new facet of their ever-evolving
  sound—a new era. Twice crowned Ukraine’s best metal band in their home cou
 ntry’s BUMA Awards\, and former tour partners of genre giants Jinjer\, SPAC
 E OF VARIATIONS are raising the bar for metalcore with the twelve new track
 s of Poisoned Art.</p><p>We are <strong>Another Approach</strong>\, a progr
 essive metal band based in Winterthur\, Switzerland. Our music is defined b
 y reconciled opposites: quiet instrumental parts lead into hard hitting bre
 akdowns\, slow and intimate vocal passages give way to fast-paced\, screech
 ing guitar-solos and atmospheric synthesizer sounds set up catchy melodies.
  The sound lives from the contrasts produced by juxtaposing these devices a
 s well as the tension created by the struggle to keep them from falling apa
 rt. Our style knows few boundaries\, often drawing from different genres su
 ch as Jazz and Blues. This allows for differentiated\, colourful and at tim
 es humorous storytelling that is not only manifested in the lyrics of our s
 ongs\, but also in their structure. Join us on our musical rollercoaster ri
